These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and  Legacy Blueprint Code LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (referred to herein as “Legacy Blueprint,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at legacyblue.com (the “Site”) and any related content, courses, community features, digital or physical products, or services offered through the Site, including access to video courses hosted on Kajabi (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

The Services are intended for individual educational purposes. All course videos, written content, companion coursebooks, digital materials, and any other resources delivered via the Site (and the third-party platforms referenced herein) are the proprietary property of  Legacy Blueprint. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and to modify or discontinue the Services or any part thereof without notice.

Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By using the Services you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the consent of your parent or guardian. Individuals under 13 years old are not permitted to create accounts or provide personal information on the Site. When you agree to the Terms, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you will keep it up to date.

Third‑Party Platform

Our digital courses, community features, and payment processing are delivered through Kajabi.com (“Kajabi”), an all‑in‑one platform for creators. Kajabi provides the website infrastructure, content hosting, payment processing, and community tools needed to deliver our Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with Kajabi’s platform terms and privacy notice. We do not control Kajabi’s platform and are not responsible for its content or performance.

The Site may also contain links to other third‑party websites or services. Those links are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse those websites or services and are not liable for any harm or damages arising from your use of them. You should review the relevant policies and terms of any third‑party website before engaging in a transaction.

User Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account on Kajabi to access certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. You agree not to share your username or password with others or allow unauthorized persons to access your account. You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non‑commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Except for this limited license, we do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services. All content included as part of the Services—such as text, books, e-books, pdfs, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the compilation thereof—is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual‑property laws. The Company maintains complete control and rights over their material and can decide how it is used, distributed, and monetized. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works, or exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by  Legacy Blueprint. The  Legacy Blueprint name, logos, product names, and associated trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

Our Services may include comment sections or community forums designed to enable communication with other participants. You agree to use these communication areas only to post material that is relevant and appropriate. Specifically, when using any community feature, you must not:

  • Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;

  • Publish or share any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;

  • Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other software that may damage the operation of another’s computer;

  • Collect or track personal information of others without consent;

  • Spam, phish, or engage in any other malicious or deceptive practices; or

  • Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these guidelines, to suspend or terminate your account, and to report unlawful conduct to authorities. You are solely responsible for any material you post or transmit and for any consequences arising therefrom. We have no obligation to monitor postings, but we reserve the right to do so and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law or regulation.

Digital Course

When you purchase our digital video course, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per person or household, or discontinue any product or Service at our sole discretion. All sales of digital products are final; because access to digital content is immediate, we do not offer returns or refunds once your purchase is completed.

Companion Coursebook

The Companion Coursebook is available for download as part of the Services and is also sold separately outside of the Kajabi platform. Purchases, shipping, and returns for the book are handled by the external retailer and are subject to that retailer’s own terms and policies. Legacy Blueprint does not process or manage these transactions and is not responsible for any issues arising from such purchases.

Educational Materials and No Legal Advice


Our Services, including the video courses, companion coursebook, templates, and any related content, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Legacy Blueprint is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. The materials and guidance we provide are intended to serve as a starting point for discussion and collaboration with qualified legal counsel retained by you. Nothing in our Services should be construed as creating an attorney–client relationship, nor should you rely on our materials as a substitute for legal advice tailored to your circumstances. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any documents, plans, or strategies developed using our Services are reviewed and approved by your own attorney or other qualified professional.

  • We do not warrant that the information provided through the Services will meet your legal obligations or satisfy all regulatory requirements; you must consult with your legal adviser for specific guidance.

  • Your use of our Services does not create any duty for Legacy Blueprint to perform legal services or represent you in any matter.

By using our Services, you agree that you will not rely on any information or documents provided by Legacy Blueprint as a substitute for legal advice, and you expressly waive any and all claims against Legacy Blueprint Code that may arise as a result of such reliance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free, or that the results obtained from your use of the Services will meet your expectations. Your use of the Services and any content is at your own risk. We do not offer medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice; the information provided is for educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,  Legacy Blueprint, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Blueprint and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of the Services. 

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but any obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date will survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for resolution of any disputes.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes on our Site. It is your responsibility to check our Site periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
